1. Észak-Magyarország régió demográfiai folyamatai és munkaerőpiaci kihívásai közötti összefüggések

Zombori Gábor vagyok, a Paris American International University (PAIU) demográfiai doktori programjának hallgatója. Doktori tanulmányaimat a British University College International (BUC),  együttműködésében végzem.

A Paris American International University Franciaországban nyilvántartott felsőoktatási intézmény; a francia oktatási adminisztrációban UAI 0756468Y intézményi azonosítóval szerepel.

Jelen kérdőív doktori kutatásom része. Kutatásom célja az Észak-Magyarország régió demográfiai folyamatai és munkaerőpiaci kihívásai közötti összefüggések vizsgálata, különös tekintettel a fiatalok migrációs szándékaira és elvándorlására, a munkaerőhiányra, valamint azokra a gazdasági, társadalmi és vállalati tényezőkre, amelyek elősegíthetik a fiatalok helyben maradását.

A kérdőív kitöltése önkéntes és anonim. A kérdőív nem kér olyan személyes adatot, amely alapján a kitöltő közvetlenül azonosítható lenne, és a válaszokat kizárólag tudományos kutatási célokra használom fel.

A kérdőív kitöltése várhatóan 10–15 percet vesz igénybe.

My name is Gabor Zombori, and I am a doctoral scholar in the Demography doctoral programme at Paris American International University (PAIU). I am undertaking my doctoral studies in collaboration with British University College International (BUC).

Paris American International University is a higher education institution registered in France and listed within the French educational administration under the institutional UAI code 0756468Y.

This questionnaire forms part of my doctoral research. The aim of the study is to examine the relationship between demographic processes and labour market challenges in the Northern Hungary region, with particular attention to young people's migration intentions and outmigration, labour shortages, and the economic, social and corporate factors that may contribute to retaining young people in the region.

Participation in the questionnaire is voluntary and anonymous. The questionnaire does not request personally identifiable information, and the responses will be used exclusively for academic research purposes.

Completion of the questionnaire is expected to take approximately 10–15 minutes.
